Steps to Starting Therapy

If using insurance:

  1. Call your insurance provider to find out if ABA therapy will be covered.

  2. Contact us to see how we can help.

  3. Fill out the intake questionnaire and setup an intake interview.

  4. We’ll then set up a time to complete any needed assessments.

  5. The treatment/behavior plan will then be written, reviewed with you, and sent to your insurance for approval.

  6. Wait for insurance to approve services.

  7. Once services have been approved, we will set up a start date!

*If you are not covered for ABA therapy, and will be paying out of pocket, please contact us to see how we can help. The process to starting therapy will move much more quickly.
